Grilled Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter
A simple steakhouse-style recipe for Father’s Day. High heat, good salt, real butter, and premium Credence Farms beef.
Ingredients
- Credence Farms Ribeyes
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Avocado oil or beef tallow
- Softened butter
- Garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh rosemary
- Flaky salt for finishing
Directions
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30–45 minutes before grilling.
- Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and rosemary.
- Preheat grill to 450–500°F.
- Grill steaks 4–5 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Rest 8–10 minutes.
- Top with garlic herb butter and finish with flaky salt.
